I am a Labyrinth facilitator and received my training with Dr. Lauren Artress, through the Veriditas Program at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, California. |

The labyrinth is an archetypal form found all over the world and embedded within each design is a pattern that somehow quiets the mind and helps us find meaning in our lives by putting us in touch with what is timeless. |
By walking the labyrinth, we are reminded that life is a winding path. We learn the skills of self-observation, letting go, getting centered and aligning with the Divine. Experiencing our lives as a labyrinthine journey encourages us to self-observe, self-reflect, and live from a place of wholeness within us. |
